Delicious!
The ice cream was very good. There is still room for improvement when it comes to operation.
As always delicious π
The fact that the ice cream shop is in Ratzeburg is certainly due to the location - it is beautiful. The ice cream tastes bland and the balls are very small. Unfortunately not to be recommended.
The ice cream was OK, but unfortunately not more. Definitely small balls, but only one euro. If this is the BEST ice cream shop in Ratzeburg, then ... But the area is unbeatable ππ»
Super delicious ice cream, a bit small balls but only 1 β¬, really delicious π π€π
Very nice service and an ice cream ..... not to be compared with any other ice cream, mmmmmm tasty it was.
Great experience and delicious external banana split with in-house cherry sauce. Thank you for the great time with you!
Yummy ice cream. The best far and wide. Great environment, right in the park, close to the Ratzeburg lake. Moments of wellbeing!
Ok
Ice quality is okay, but tastes like a classic bucket mix. If I'm wrong, please let me know and I'll correct it. :) There are three vegan options: chocolate, strawberry, and hazelnut. After all! Merci and like to keep it up. If there are more pain-free options, I'll be happy to come back. π
We have been getting our ice cream there for years and have always been very satisfied, but since the son took over the shop, the balls got smaller and smaller, the quality deteriorated and the staff became more and more unfriendly, especially the daughter and the wife donβt give the customers a smile.
Yummy ...
Good German confectionery that competes with every Italian. The only negative point is always full. But it's worth the wait.
We have been going there to eat ice cream every month for years when I visit my mom. Unfortunately, the balls have become very small and no longer taste as good. Cheap ice powder? It's a shame. Not served so nicely either. A grumpy young girl.
THE ice cream parlor in Ratzeburg. I already know her from my childhood, at that time still managed by the senior couple Pelz at the old location. The ice cream is still made according to the old tradition. In summer, fur is the motorcycle meeting point in the Hzgt. Lauenburg ...
4 scoops of ice cream with a little bailey sauce for 8 euros although I thought it would be a "sundae". We ate on the street. Wasn't that nice ...
Superlecker
After completing our bike tour around Lake Ratzeburg, we ate an ice cream here. The strawberry mug looked very good and also tasted delicious. We had to wait a little while until a table became free outside. The table and chairs were freshly disinfected before we were allowed to the table.
Excellent goods, very friendly nice people, great place to stay, also on the water. Very nice place. We have been going there for decades and always went back satisfied, but we also always came back. 5 stars.
Delicious ice cream and extraordinary creations. Good solution to serve two customers in parallel and so it went quite quickly. RECOMMENDED!

This has always been a family favorite, but nostalgia aside: top location, top ice cream, top everything. Order the banana split or the strawberry one. Just trust me on this.
I have only been there once. I was recommended the ice cream here. The sundae was also garnished with love, the ice cream was delicious. We had 3 different sorts of sundaes and they all looked great. You can here in the outdoor or indoor area of ββfriendly wait and see services. When we are close again, we go to the small ice cream shop to cool down. π
Best icecream in this area

Yam yam
Nice staff with nice ice-cream options in a beautiful place.
For decades an institution in Ratzeburg; the ice has always been excellent - especially "black and white"; In summer, when the weather is good, there are longer lines, but it's well worth the wait.
